A DTC brand needed to scale on Meta without letting efficiency slip. The goal was growth that outpaced spend, not the usual trade where you buy more revenue by accepting a worse ROAS. Scaling the account “the right way” meant the numbers had to improve together, not one at the expense of the other.
-
Sustainable scale comes from structure, not brute force. When an account gets messy, audiences bleed into each other and spend gets wasted reaching the wrong people. Separate the audiences cleanly, feed top-of-funnel deliberately, and only add budget where the data earns it, and growth compounds instead of leaking.
-
Tightened the Meta account structure so spend stopped overlapping and competing with itself.
Separated the audiences so each got the right creative and the funnel stayed clean.
Leaned harder into top-of-funnel to widen the new-customer base sustainably.
Increased spend only where performance supported it, keeping efficiency ahead of scale.

Online sales up 192% year over year, total sales up 176%, new customers up 33%, and 7x holistic ROAS, with revenue growing faster than spend the whole way. Scale that got more efficient as it grew, which is the version most brands can't pull off.
“The creative spoke to each of our audiences like Katie knew them personally. The right message to the right people is what moved the numbers.”
